This is a Cell Phone Stun Gun. It looks like a cell phone but it is actually a stun gun. It has a light and will light someone up with 2.5 million volts. The greatest thing about carrying one of these is that if you are walking through a parking lot late at night or anywhere you do not feel safe you can hold this in your hand. It does not look threatening but if you see someone that you are concerned about just hit the button and the sound alone most likely will have him remove any thoughts of grabbing you. This is great and works very well. It also has a light mode so when you get to your car or wherever you are going you can use the flashlight to find the key hole to insert your key or look through your purse or bag. I have been looking at these for a long time and this is the best one for the value. They are totally legal in most places in the USA. The only places you cannot have one is Conneticut, Illinois, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Wisconsin.
